• You will only upload work experience, credentials, and achievements that belong to you.
• You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any resume or cover letter before submitting it to employers.
• You will not use the Service to generate false certifications or fake licenses for protected licensed professions (Medicine, Law, Structural Engineering, Aviation).

3. Payment Terms, Instant Fulfillment & Refund Policy

All purchases made through our PayFast payment gateway are one-time payments with zero automatic renewals or hidden charges. Access to all purchased tools and credits is delivered instantly online in accordance with our Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy.

• Circumvent or tamper with client rate-limiting or authentication systems.

5. Disclaimer of Employment Guarantees

While CVFinch AI guarantees mathematical compliance with published ATS parsing standards (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo) and Google X-Y-Z formatting guidelines, we cannot guarantee specific hiring decisions, job offers, or recruiter callback rates, as third-party hiring choices depend on human judgment and market conditions.

6. Governing Law & Operational Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
